KINDLY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Your appointment begins at the time it is booked—if you arrive early, we may start early when possible. Clients are charged based on the time that was scheduled, regardless of actual arrival time. Unfortunately, traffic is not considered an exception. Please be kind and punctual—thank you for your consideration, it is truly appreciated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations leave a gap in the therapist’s schedule that another client could have benefited from.

 

If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any fees. As a courtesy, HCMCC accepts 18 hours’ notice instead of the industry standard of 24 hours. If you try to cancel  online 19 hours before your appointment, you must text, so you do not miss the cut off , courtesy 18 hours before your appointment, again please text.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Please be considerate. This policy allows others to access appointments through the online booking system and the waitlist.

 

* Note that being delayed at work, traffic issues, or last-minute childcare arrangements are not considered emergencies, and the cancellation fee will be applied to your file accordingly.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. As a courtesy, I’ll try to fill your spot, but the fee is waived only if someone else takes your appointment.

This policy protects my time, my most valuable resource. Thank you for your understanding and support.
